Whit its high filtering efficiency Pulsaire Collector offers a constant operating Pressure in the system, assuring a stable and continuous run of the Micron Pulverizer at its maximum capacity.

‧Micron Pulverier With Micron Seprator And Pulsaire Collector

By incorporating a Micron Separator, most reliable air classifier, Micron Pulverizer can be operated with greater capacity with uniform product fineness. The rejected oversize particles may either be returned to the Micron Pulverizer for another pass or be thrown out of the circuit. Accepted fines only are collected in a Micron Pulsaire. Thus, Excessive grinding in the Pulverizer can be eliminated which results in a substantial capacity increase and less wear-rate of Micron Pulverizer.
